Gun holders are flocking at Firearms, Explosives, Security Agencies and Guards Supervision Section of Police Regional Office 6, Camp Martin Delgado, Iloilo City to process their applications for the Firearms Amnesty Program which is extended until November 30, 2009. The PNPseeks to account the estimated 1.1 million loose firearms nationwide.(Nov. 10, 2009)

 

 

Police personnel of Police Regional Office 6 undergo neuro-test, October 29, 2009 at the New Multi-Purpose Hall. The test is part of their requirements in their application for promotion to the next higher rank.

 

 

 

The 260 police recruits, who sworn in to office Monday, begin their orientation training at Camp Martin Delgado,Fort San Pedro, Iloilo City. They will be transferred to Regional Training School 6 before the month ends at Mansilingan, Bacolod City for a six-month Police Basic Recruit Course.

 

Chief Supt. Isagani R. Cuevas delivers his message during the opening of the 3-day Leadership and Work Ethics Seminar Wednesday at the Police Regional Office-6 multipurpose hall. The seminar participants are various chiefs of police in Western Visayas municipalities. Three more batches of COPs will undergo the same seminar in the next three weeks.(OCT. 22, 2008)

 

Police Regional Office 6 sends 340 Police Officers I (POI's) to 6th Regional Mobile Group Headquarters at Camp Aniceto Lacson, Victorias City, Negros Occidental to undergo a 45Day Special Counter-Insurgency Operations Unit Training (SCOUT). The Group Director of 6th RMG, PSUPT Remus Zacharrias Canieso, is the Course Director for this batch of Trainees.

 

 

 

Applicants vying for 260 vacancies for Police Officer 1 positions under the PNP Attrition Recruitment Program flock at Police Regional Office 6, Camp Martin Delgado, Fort San Pedro, Iloilo City. The recruitment process started September 1 and is scheduled to end on December 1, 2008 with the oath taking of successful applicants.
